Processing Orders & Information

We process and ship your order as quickly as possible - usually within 3-7 business days.

Our customers may email us at info@honeylux.co to request an order cancellation or address edit. While we will do our very best to accommodate your request during the hour window timeframe, cancellations and address edits are not guaranteed.

Holiday Season: Due to increased demand, please allow 5 - 10 business days for us to process your order prior to shipping.

Canadian Shipping

Canadian orders placed on the HoneyLux Online Store are prepared by the HL team and delivered by UPS via Standard delivery (2-7 days).

US Shipping

American orders placed on the HoneyLux Online Store are prepared by the HL team and delivered by Canada Post/ USPS via Standard delivery (3-10 days). Applicable duties may be applied by the shipping company depending on the value of goods/shipping location. Please note that all duties must be paid by the customer.

International Shipping

International orders placed on the HoneyLux Online Store are prepared by the HL team and delivered by Canada Post via Standard delivery (7-14 days). Applicable duties may be applied by the shipping company depending on the value of goods/shipping location. Please note that all duties must be paid by the customer.

For hygiene and safety reasons, all HL items are final sale. We encourage you to read all measurements and other product information before purchasing any items from our store.
